Fully Automatic Seal Packet Filler
Private Label Production has four fully automatic packet machines for liquids and wipes. The packaging machine can fill and seal packets in preferred dimensions. Materials produced for packaging are printed first on flexo or digital presses. Packaging is conducted automatically by attaching printed rolls to the packet machine and placed into the customer’s desired packaging. Liquid packets and wipes are used in many other sectors, such as restaurants, hotels, airline companies, and other industries.
Bottle Filler
Private Label Productions can fill your desired bottle with our automatic timed flow filling machines. This filler can fill water-thin liquids to light oils and creams at speeds of up to 100 containers per minute. Our 6 or 12-head filler is ideal for personal lubricants, oils, cosmetics, and specialty products.
Tube Filler
Our automatic tube filler and sealer are heavy-duty and suitable for semi-viscous and viscous products in plastic tubes. Our machine can fill personal lubricants, cosmetics, and general-wellness-type products. Our tubes are internally heated and can be embossed with an optional date and lot number coder. This machine can produce up to 10,000 units daily, depending on the tube size.
